Really professional crew and did the job fast and with great quality
At first I was happy thought they did a good job but woke up this morning to water everywhere because of the A/C. Called a different A/C company and not only was it not installed properly, none of the cut offs for the A/C worked and the furnace wires have bare copper showing and not grounded. I guess I know why they cost less than the other estimates I received.
I have used cool crew for few of my residential property. They are punctual, persistent ( try all to solve issue) transparent and professional. I would recommend them.

I own a private hair extension studio in Volente. It’s just me, myself, and I owning and operating it. It’s my passion, and my studio space brings me much peace and joy. When I walked in this morning at 940am to set up for my 10 AM client, my heart sank, and I said oh no! I could feel how warm it was in the studio already. I normally leave the air-conditioning set to 77° when I leave at the end of every day and drop it to 70° so that it’s comfortable for my Client and I while I’m working, and it was 81° in the studio. I knew that something had to be wrong. I immediately went over to the breaker box and shut it off, and I then opened the air-conditioning unit inside and saw that it was covered in frost! It looks like I don’t do hair, but instead sell snow cones! I immediately texted my client and told her HOUSTON, we have a problem! She said she still was willing to come and just sit in the warm studio so that she could get her hair extensions done for her trip, and so I allowed her to do that but I immediately got online to the Nextdoor app and looked up air-conditioning repair near me. I filled out a quick questionnaire about what was going on and submitted the photo of my frosty unit. Within a few minutes, the COOL CREW was calling me! Yay! They told me that they had a technician that would be en route and arriving within 30 to 40 minutes and he did! Both gentlemen were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They explained everything that was happening as far as diagnosing and offered solutions to the problem. I agreed to the solutions and the technician immediately went to the store to get the parts and was back soon after that, and fixed my unit and fixed two other issues that I was unaware of. The entire process was about 3 1/2 hours and everything is fixed and good to go now. Yay!! The studio is now cooling like usual, and I’m back to my peaceful happy space with the AC blowing. I am very thankful for how quickly they responded to my website questionnaire. I was made aware of everything that was happening all along the way and what to expect. There were no surprises. I am very happy with my experience with the Cool Crew. So happy that I asked them if they had a service maintenance program that I could get on on their route, and they do have one, and now I will be seeing them twice a year, once in October and once in April for preventative maintenance. Thank you thank you thank you again for helping me out on this hot Texas day in the middle of summer when it’s almost 100° outside! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Get a really quick same day weekend service on my AC. It charges a little higher during the weekend. But overall, it solves the AC problem with a small money.
The company came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem. We used another company to repair the situation and take care of the warranty.
Came on a Sunday to work on the unit, got the part Monday for a completed fix. Will hiring again!
We didn't think we were in a hurry to have our a/c unit serviced, but after the tech inspected everything, we were low on freon, our drain was clogged and the capacitor was aging! He explained all the details and went to work and had our a/c cooling better than we knew was possible! Cool Crew is our new "go to" contractor!
pan filled up with water again and another tech came out right away....texas heat and needing a new air filter caused condensation. Tech came and checked everything and made sure it all worked well.....So much apprecaition for these guys!!
