Update on the problem we had. After talking to the business owner he had solved the problem we had and fixed the situation. Although it created a lot of stress , we could move on . I would just suggest to be more proactive in paying subcontractors in time and not have this problem again.

Reviews
Michael arrived on Time and was able to complete the work in one hour! I am very satisfied with the work and am giving his business card to neighbors! The price was very reasonable too! I can finally park my car in the garage!!
Great follow up and I loved how detailed there reports are.
Try were quick, professional, competitively priced and meticulous. They had to remove all my attic insulation through a trap door in the kitchen and left no trace behind. Very happy customer.
We had a water leak in our crawlspace that we contacted multiple companies for. The Crawlspace Crew was initially very responsive and came out to assess the damage early. Of the multiple quotes we got, they were the cheapest. Once we signed an agreement for the job, every step afterwards was awful and painstaking, riddled with poor communication and almost fraudulent activity. I wish I had seen their reviews outside of the app on other venues prior to making my decision to go with them. My leak happened in late May 2025. It is now January of 2026 and the job is still not entirely complete. Because of disorganized scheduling, they will make an appointment for weeks out and sometimes just not show up, blaming busyness. I understand that it can sometimes happen if other sites are taking longer to repair than initially estimated, but i had to initiate a follow up call every single time this happened to reschedule. Much of the time I had to leave a message, which often took days to get a response. The longer the project has dragged on, the more they seem to avoid my calls or messages, and the longer it has taken them to get back to me. Once the area dried out and some of the insulation was reinstalled, I received an email to sign a Certification of Completion. Our house is on a hill and the space is somewhat difficult to access, requiring me to climb down along a steep slope under the house deck to check on the space. I was glad I did, because they had left the entire 40ft space open to air and had not boarded it back up. The old boards were still lying on the ground in fact. I asked for a copy of the work accomplished that was going to be sent to the insurance to be sent to me. There were charges for equipment not used (negative air fan/air scrubber), and I know from email conversation with my insurance company that they disbursed funds for work never done but was claimed to be needed when they spoke to insurance (paint job in laundry room underneath the space). The only reason they haven’t been formally charged with insurance fraud is because I have refused to sign the job completion certificate and because I called them out on these charges. At this point I got a trusted contractor friend out to assess the space and tell me what else needs to be done. Because the wall is an outside facing wall, by building code law, it needs to have insulation in the surface to be boarded up, regardless of whether it had been or not in the first place. They tried to contest this at first: I had them talk directly to the third party contractor and they finally agreed. They are either ignorant of building code or knew but counting on the fact that I would be ignorant of this. Either option is inexcusable. Rescheduling to come out for this final part has been difficult as well and drawn out, but this was finally done. I went down to check on the space after I got home and they had pinched off my rainbird irrigation lines during the process of boarding it up. I had specifically pointed these lines out earlier during demolition. They keep sending different people out and clearly there is no internal communication that is happening to keep the projects organized. The owner himself had not even checked to ensure that the job was finished prior to sending out that certificate of completion. When I pointed out that that these irrigation lines were pinched off/boarded up, they said that hadn’t noticed any lines that needed to be left out. I sent them pictures of the problem, and the owner said “oh, that. We thought they were electrical wires.” They encountered wires they couldn’t identity (apparently with one end that was free hanging, which electrical wires shouldn’t do) and they didn’t bother calling or checking in, and decided that pinching them in with boards was an acceptable solution. Their excuse was that it was dark by the time they finished. The space is dark all the time because it’s covered, they should have adequate worklights suitable for the job, in their line of work. I am still waiting on a reschedule to fix this. It’s been more than a month at this point and I have not had any response to any of messages. I am tired of waiting and having to double check their work every step of the way for completeness and quality. I will be submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
Company was very timely with scheduling and completing their initial inspection. The major issue is that they subcontracted the work. The worker from the contracted company slipped up and showed me what his company was quoting for the job, which was ~$300 lower than the quote Crawlspace gave. They also did not include several items from Crawlspace's quote, which was fine as they were unnecessary. It took three instances of requested revision to reduce what we paid Crawlspace to come closer to what the company that did the work charged them and we still paid an estimated ~$100 more.
Wow, what a difference. Excellent work done in my crawlspace would highly recommend. Not the cheapest, but not the highest. workers were respectful of my property and communicated well.
Canceled last minute, was not understanding or flexible in finding new times - clearly was not interested in even getting to a quote, and would not be flexible to my timeline, after taking time off to work within their extremely limited schedule. The manager/owner I spoke with was not interested in finding an amicable solution - would cause major worry about whether I actually hired them getting the work done.
Really nice people. Really good containment and really efficient. Thank you!
This was a free inspection and he found nothing, but seems to have done a thorough job of trying to track down the musty smell.
Fit my project in quickly. Easy to work with. Good Value
Got back to me and helped me right away. John was helpful and very patient with me about what I needed to have done. Worked with me to get what I needed and very nice about all of it. I would tell people that this was a good company to work with.
Quick response, early arrival the next day, quality and thorough work.
Great Company!!
