Very bummed with my experience. We agreed on a price, then the night before work was supposed to start they changed their mind and went back on the quote.

Vitalii assembled a sauna and complicated bookcase for me and was wonderful—responsive, professional, and kind; he’s someone who clearly takes pride in his work. I’ll absolutely reach out to him again in the future.
I was initially excited about the punctuality and responsiveness of crazy hands LLC. They have three different options for building a gazebo and I went with the basic option costing $500. That option comes with a complete assembly of the gazebo, however, there is no cleanup. How was originally quoted 2 to 3 hour install but the install in fact took just over five hours. The two contractors were very nice and my thought. Everything was well and perfect for what I paid for until I made a further inspection of the built gazebo. There are multiple aluminum panels that are dented, scratched, and all of the assembly stickers were left on the aluminum frames. Some of those stickers are at the very top of the gazebo and end is proven difficult to remove them. As I was cleaning up the boxes and leftover parts to throw away, I noticed they in fact, tossed their banana peel and Gatorade drinks in the boxes as well. The scratches and dents are all on the underside of gazebo where myself and Friends can view them for the rest of the life of this gazebo. Awesome.
Great experience working with Vitalii and team - very thorough, high level of diligence with the work and prompt communication. We had missed some work with the initial installation. Vitalii was super prompt in coming back and addressing it just within a day of the ping. Appreciate it.
Very responsive and professional. Would recommend highly.
Vitalii was extremely diligent, showed up on time, very responsive, and helped install a beautiful 10’ x 12’ gazebo for me. I am so pleased I decided to go with Crazy Hands. Super trustworthy. I will definitely be using them again!
I'm very happy with the work that Crazy Hands LLC did putting up my Gazebo. Very professional and good quality. It was the best rate after reviewing other estimates. The appointment to do the work was very timely!I would recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for your hard work!
These guys take great pride in their work and it’s evident. I can be particular and often frustrated with hiring people I don’t know. Their reviews were glowing and I see why. It was clean. Thoughtful. Intelligently worked through and they even problem solved without me needing to walk them through a tough spot when I was unavailable at work. Highly recommended. See the photos: from a few piles of things and photos at my house I sent them, to the final product.
Fantastic experience! They are incredibly talented and put together a very hard to assemble sauna! The work site was left clean and they were very easy to work with. Definitely book them!
We hired Vitalii and his team to demolish our old, worn down pergola and install a pre-fabricated one in its place. And they executed it flawlessly from start to finish! They also helped us with some last minute add-ons like patching up some concrete, fixing our gutter and installing roller shades on the pergola. They were punctual, detail-oriented and proactive in their communication throughout the process, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free for us. Highly recommend The Crazy Hands LLC!
We had an excellent experience with Crazy Hands assembling our backyard play set! He was punctual, reliable, and incredibly meticulous. Our son is so excited, and we’re confident that it was constructed safely and correctly. We would definitely hire again!
Excellent service… they put up the pergola and were knowledgeable. Took pride in the work , adjusted the roof louvers and cleaned up.
Excellent in every way. Vitali gave us a quote within an hour of submitting the request, and he was responsive throughout. His work assembling and installing our Almost Heaven barrel square was thorough and efficient. Strongly recommend.
Thank you for a great job on my sauna assembly! The team was punctual and responsive, worked with me on scheduling and did a great job. They were professional on site and also posed potential solutions for other issues I had. I would highly recommend them.
Vitali and his partner did a good job building my sauna.
Excellent work. Highly recommended
Amazing people! Communicated very well telling me when they would be arriving and Showed up right on time. Put together a 10x14 gazebo for us and I know from experience the gazebos can be challenging. They stayed until the job was done and it looks great. Would highly recommend.
Very professional, on time and did a very good job. Overall I will recommend them over and over again.
