The team came and prepared so much delicious food and kept refilling the platters throughout the party. They also cleaned everything up beautifully and packed all the leftovers for me. All my guests loved everything they ate! Thank you for helping make this party amazing!

I booked with chef Sharron for the morning of my wedding for her to cook for me and my girls since I knew we wouldn’t have time to cook or pick up as we got ready. Sharron was on time and showed up before any of us were awake to start cooking. Evening smelled fantastic and the menu we planned out months prior was executed perfectly with even a few extras! She was the sweetest and very flexible and great to work with, thank you for cooking for all of us!!

Sharon was easy to work with and delivered exactly what was asked. Her attention to detail and making a lovely meal for my sister's bachelorette party in Naples made for an incredible evening. We selected an Arancini appetizer (not pictured), Watermelon Arugula & Feta salad, Surf & Turf entree with mashed potatoes, broccolini, and Mac&Cheese, and wrapped up with a chocolate cheesecake with toffee Oreo crust for dessert. Everything was lovely, and our kitchen was back exactly the way they found it after the meal concluded. I would recommend if selecting a beef option, to make sure to let Sharon know how you'd prefer your beef to be prepared. Excellent service from Sharon & John!

CaSha' and their team was incredible to work with! They were professional and when we had to "pivot" a little to accommodate a missing item (not their fault), they came up with a plan and MADE it work! The food was amazing and presented beautifully! I can't wait to use them for ALL our future catering needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Top notch professionalism! They accommodated our every need. The food was amazingly delicious. They cooked for 138 people at a 55+ community and not 1 complaint. Plated and served hot and the food was absolutely delicious. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. They offered a great menu choice for our modest budget. I will always use these ladies for any future catering needs. I highly highly recommend them!
I had an awesome experience with CaSha’! They catered a meal for my team of 9 and it was amazing! All we had to do was eat, they brought all their dishes, cooked, and cleaned the entire kitchen and the food was phenomenal! I would highly recommend using this company for any catering needs you have in the future! Also BTW the red snapper appetizer is out of bounds good! Had an employee who doesn’t eat seafood asking for extra pieces
I appreciated that they were able to work with the items that I wanted and customize my menu. They also did a great job setting up, it was a beautiful presentation. Our only issue was that the food they brought was never fully heated up and was completely cold by the time they left. When our guests arrived it just looked unappetizing. I wish they would have stressed the need to keep all the food warm. They asked me for a warming dish for one of the items at the time of set up, but I didn’t have much to offer. Had they communicated this to me in advance, I would’ve been more prepared. Overall, I wish they would offer warming dishes to buy, rent or use with a deposit. Maybe they have this, but it certainly wasn’t offered to me. I would recommend using them as long as they can work out this issue.
CaSha’ fine foods did an AMAZING job on my mom’s 70th birthday party. The weather was not our friend that day, and yet they were able to produce an amazing, delicious grilled meal on time and all with a smile. The service was amazing and it felt like having family cater for you. We will definitely be using them again for any future catering events. I see why they have nothing but 5 star ratings - you can’t go wrong with this choice!

Chef Sharon was the perfect choice for my parents surprise 60th wedding anniversary dinner for 10. From the start was full of passion and ideas for the menu. She made the whole process incredibly easy. I live overseas and she communicated via Whats App sending photos of meals to help decide on the 4 course selection. We spoke many times by phone to secure the final details. She is wonderfully personable and full of energy! The guests absolutely loved the dishes and the presentation was 5 star. As I could not attend, she sent a photo to me of each course as it was being plated and served. I would highly recommend The Culinary Queen for any private dinner and I look forward to when I can hire her again. Thank you Chef Sharon and the team - simply amazing meal and service! Chefs Sharon and Cassandra prepared an amazing meal for a special night in our home celebrating my parents 50th anniversary. It was a small dinner party and no request was too small for them. They went through every step to make sure they prepared things that satisfied one family member who is vegetarian and gluten-free. The quality and quantity of food was exceptional. I was amazed at watching Sharon and Cassandra work together in an unfamiliar kitchen. Their food was so delicious and prepared to perfection. Everything was exceptionally fresh and top of the line ingredients.
Sharon was a perfect match for me. She was extremely responsive to my needs, even though I changed my menu, she had the perfect suggestion to do so. Her friendliness and skill brought a new confidence to the kitchen for me. I learned some valuable tricks that I will never forget. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious! This is a recipe I will use for any occasion... when guests come, at Christmas time for family gatherings or just when I want some quality comfort food... old world elegant Italian, just what I have been needing in my repertoire. I found a new friend in Sharon as well. Her love for cooking is well expressed in the quality of food I experienced in my very own kitchen.

Sharon the Culinary Queen was so impressive as was Crystal her assistant. The food was impeccable and as this was a home-based event, she left our kitchen and dining area even more clean and when she arrived! And the creme brulee? Even if you think you don't like creme brulee you have to try it! Thank you Sharon for a memorable evening!
