provide a good offer. looked at the drain line and quoted $1700 to replace PVC pipes due to inability to snake as is. replacement sink and pipes and snake were unable to clear drain. so $1700 spent. his next step and quote was to open up walls in my home and possibly neighbors. he was nearly aure we needed new cast iron pipes. got a second opinion and they cleaned the pipe in one attempt

Mario was professional and thorough. He fixed my dishwasher issue with no problems. Even popped by a second time to fix another issue he’d noticed! Really appreciate his diligence, and will definitely use again.
Mario was very punctual. He arrived on time and did the work(clearing the sewer line) very efficiently. I fully recommend him.
Mario cleared my challenging drain problem promptly and had all the right equipment with him on first visit. His many years of experience really came in handy! I'll definitely be calling him again for future plumbing jobs.
Mario responded within minutes, and was at our home within 2 hours. Our sink was clogged. He used a snake and went to business. He was done within 30 min. Quick, fast, and job well done. He will be our go to guy going forward. Thanks Mario!
He showed up quickly, helped define the plumbing problem, performed the work quickly and professionally. Great service and fixed things quickly.
he was knowledgeable and quick and got the job done. Highly recommended
Mario and his crew went above and beyond with their plumbing services! I had them install new kitchen faucet plumbing, with a garbage disposal, and water filtration system; and they installed my dishwasher. They were very responsive to my requests and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time and did very high quality work. I highly recommend The Drain Chief and plan on using them again for all my plumbing needs!
Mario was awesome!! Was punctual, assessed the issue and worked quickly. Was also very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!
We had a cracked toilet that needed to be replaced. Mario answered the call and was very professional throughout the process. He came on time, explained everything and answered all the questions I had. He even gave me tips on maintenance. He was very professional, easy to talk to, like talking to an old friend, very honest and detail oriented. Left the area cleaner than he found it. (He even put on shoe covers when entering the house!) It was a wonderful experience. He will be the first one I call for any future plumbing work. Thanks again Chief!
Helped us install a new toilet and valves at a fair price. Great communication throughout the project. Would hire again.
Mario did a great job changing our leaky faucet. Appreciate his timeliness and professionalism.
Mario was great. He showed up on time. Was very communicative. Cleaned up everything. Finished work looks great. Will definitely be using him again! Thanks Mario!
Mario and his crew are amazing! My kitchen and toilet valves were so outdated and there were some other problems with the pipes. He gave me details on those issues and addressed them right away. Even they found other small issues and repaired them. My new kitchen faucet and the air gap were installed beautifully too. They made sure all working properly. I really appreciate their work!! Definitely I will ask them again next time. Thank you.
Mario and Serifin (spelling?) we’re pros through and through from first contact on Thumbtack to in person doing the job. He should up early to give an estimate and was straight forward with the scope of the job. I never felt pressured or price gouged. I had set up a few appts for estimates thru thumbtack, The Drain Chief wasn’t the cheapest, but was the most professional, personable, and best communication in terms of what the job could entail. I’ll recommend and use Mario in the future🍻
Garbage disposal went out early morning and requested a quote and Mario was able to come out same day and replace. Quick, easy, and job well done. Highly recommend and will use for future issues.
Mr. Mario arrived just on time and fixed the toilet that was clogged quickly. The night before I rented an snake in Home Depot and it scratched my toilet badly. I thought that I will needed to replace my toilet but it really worked. Now my toilet looks like it was before I screwed it up. He is a great person. I will call him again if I need a plumber.
Mario is a lifesaver! He installed my kitchen faucet when I was in a crunch. He was prompt, on-time, professional and honest. He has good energy and a positive outlook. No job is too small or too big for him. I will be referring him to everyone I know! Thanks, Mario & Mario (helper)!!
The Drain Chief just made a new customer for life! I had just spent a ton of money on a different plumber getting my sewer line scoped and hydrojetted due to roots growing into my old cast iron line. They also wanted to do a trenchless sleeve due to some damage in the line but that still wouldn’t have been a permanent fix . Before we even did the sleeve my line backed up again just a few days later. I reached out to the Drain Chief and Mario came over to give me their assessment. He was very honest and let me know what would be the best solution for our problem. They did an incredible job replacing a huge section of my sewer line for a really great price and you can’t even tell someone had dug a huge trench in my yard. These guys work fast, have a ton of experience and did a real professional job at such a good price. He even brought the price down at the end of the job because it wasn’t as much work than he had originally estimated. I highly recommend these guys!
Excellent job completing my parents drainage issues. He was first to respond to my request and arrived to the house on time. I would hire again if any issues arise in the future.
