Came by for a quote, was very professional and timely.
I was able to discuss my problem and limitations in full before deciding to work with them. For 3-4 days before, I had to keep the water off in my whole house and use it as needed for showers before work, and use bottled water for other uses not requiring a faucet or appliance. The technician made suggestions and adjustments based on my limitations. Since I was about to wait another week to get the problem fixed, I appreciated that they could fix it ASAP within a comfortable price range.
We were so happy with them and they will definitely be our new go to!

The Drip Doctor Service and communication was great! Jacob was amazing and was able to easily assess and fix my plumbing issue in my guest bathroom. He made sure to take the least evasive route as to not increase my backend costs and made sure to fully explain my options and the repair process. Great service all around! John came and did my quote for replacing my sink, repairing the piping and installing a disposable. He was very knowledgeable about the process and let me know if the disposal didn't fit, I wouldn't be charged. Overall a great installation and very helpful in understanding the core issues. They provided quality that every other estimate I received did not match. They checked things that were detrimental to my home and very important. The pressure relief valve failed on my home and not one checked but the drip doctor. I was receiving 110 pounds of pressure to my home. That wasn’t even my issue that I was having but it explained why my toilet failed to work. They fixed everything I needed and although it was more expensive I got everything done that I needed, at the quality I needed.
