Well, my first initial call to schedule an appointment was very professional. The technician, Tyler, came out, and he was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed, and he explained and showed me pictures throughout the process. I would definitely recommend "The Ductors." I am so happy to have my Ac Unit cleaned and sanitized. I am trying to blue UV light for the first time, which is supposed to help reduce the mold and bacteria....Thanks Again

We remove it with professional equipment and a careful, step-by-step process, and we show you the before-and-after photos. What you can expect: • Upfront pricing: air ducts from $99, dryer vents $89, duct + dryer combo $149 • A full inspection of ducts, blower and coil before we start • Damage-safe tools built for flex duct • Before-and-after photos of every job • Same-week appointments in most areas • A satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy, we re-clean for free We also offer HVAC coil and blower cleaning, UV light installation and mold/air-quality treatment for homes that need more than a standard clean. Our trained technicians show up on time in uniform and explain each step before they start. That's why homeowners rate us 4.8 on Thumbtack and 4.9 across 213 Google reviews. Happy with the work . Professional services . Gave a very reasonable quote for the services
Ben is fantastic! He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process before the work begins, ensuring there are no surprises. His attention to detail is remarkable, and you can always count on receiving clear and accurate quotes upfront. Once the job is finished, he cleans up. It's truly a pleasure to work with someone so dedicated and meticulous!
Excellent excellent work very professional would recommend any time and I signed up for the maintenance plan in which I believe is an excellent value
Ben is very good about his job. He fixed my problem on my dryer vent. I would highly recommend him.
Ben, was very professional, explaining what he found in the units with pictures he had taken. He explained the price of each of the recommended services. He inspected the ducting on our second floor where we were having some flow issues in some of the rooms. Our house is 20 years old the system needed a good cleaning; Ben was very through with the cleaning.
The technician came on time. Was very detailed on what he was going to do. Very affordable!! Did a good job! Will recommend to a friend.
The quality of the the Ductors is superb. Additionally, they care about their clients. It's not just about the money, which today is rare.
Quality work for great price. Would highly recommend their services
Even though I didn't hire him, I didn't feel comfortable with them. I felt very pressured to make an appointment with them and the price of $120 seemed like a scam to me. In the past I have already done the service and it was not like that be careful with thumbtack companies
