Excellent service, quick response, great customer service, extremely fair price, professional, reliable, thoughtful, friendly. Highly recommend!! Will request again if needed. Appreciated everything about the experience. I called for a last minute haul away and met with The Dump Junky within two hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much ☺️
Super responsive, professional, kind and did a wonderful job. They were also available on short notice. 10/10 recommend.
I was very clear that I need the service done today. I let them know that it’s cardboard boxes that need to be picked up and trash emptied. I did not appreciate dishonest and unprofessionalism and two different people calling and then trying to do a bidding war. I highly do not recommend. We started with a estimate of 150 and I said that was out of my budget and the best they said it’s OK. We can do 100 with less trash but I said I need all the trash picked up and they said once they come on site, they will pick up the trash and let us know the estimate but no one ever came on site. They said they were down the street but never saw anybody.
he's a very caring man and he did an excellent job removing the three seater sofa by himself ❤️😇😊💪😃💋!.
I appreciate that he was able to accommodate my last minute request and was on time.
Antonio was excellent. Professional and prompt! Thank you
