They showed up promptly. Had to leave to get a blower motor & came back later the same day & installed. Had an issue with blower fan not working properly & came back the very next day & made it right. Would definitely recommend them.

If I could choose all five things I like about The Goat, I would. It was difficult to choose only 3. I could rave about all 5 issues. Excellent experience. I was first drawn to The Goat after I had tried to reach several other HVAC people but couldn't get anyone to respond. Contacted online, The Goat responded immediately and was present at MY earliest convenience. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Because it turned out to be a relatively easy fix, there was no charge except for the $69 service call. Family owned and family run business. Based on my initial interaction with them, I highly recommend!
