Reviews
They responded quickly to my message and came out the next day to give me a quote. I was able to schedule the tile replacement in my home the following week. The price was great and the end product looked amazing. I would definitely use them again.
I would not recommend The Good Tile based on my experience. Eliab provided a quote for tile work in my bathroom and kitchen, including coordination with a third-party partner to remove the tub and complete plumbing-related work. However, once the job was underway, the plumber he sent quoted a higher price for changing out the faucets and stated that Eliab already knew the correct rate. When the plumbing work was scheduled, Eliab did not return multiple phone calls, despite the fact that he was supposed to finish the tile work and dispose of the tub the following week. I also texted Eliab to confirm the schedule and make sure any required materials would be available, but he would not return my calls and then failed to show up. He left the kitchen work unfinished, did not follow through on the remaining scheduled work, and left me in the position of having to find and hire a new contractor to complete the job. The biggest issue was not just the unfinished work, but the lack of communication and failure to honor the schedule after starting the project. When a contractor stops responding, does not show up, and leaves work incomplete, it creates stress, delays, and additional expense for the homeowner. I would strongly caution others to be careful before hiring The Good Tile, especially for any project involving coordination with plumbing or other third-party work.
Great job on the demo and rebuilding the shower.
I had to redo my walk-in shower floor as previous contractor used inferior materials and had poor workmanship. Eliab (Elliot) and his team did a fantastic job at a very fair price, even after we discovered additional work need to shower pan after removing old tile. Highly recommend.
Elliot was very professional. He worked with us listening to us and provided solutions at good value. He and his coworker did an amazing job on time and cleaned up beautifully. I would not hesitate to hire Elliot again!
