Owner did the estimate and was very friendly, professional and honest. They were not the cheapest option but I trusted him and his reviews. They did my backsplash and it came out great. He also quoted me for a full bathroom remodel which i felt was a reasonable price. I will most likely use them for my remodel next summer.

John was on time, respectful of our house and sympathetic to our problems. His prices were reasonable and he made us feel heard. Would recommend
Allen, the gentleman who installed the tile on my enclosed porch, was a consummate professional. He was it only knowledgeable but also incredibly considerate and thoughtful.
Excellent company to deal with from beginning to end. They were responsive, on time, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and best of all the quality of the work was terrific.
We needed repairs on a floor with loose tiles and crumbling grout. They did a great job.
The person who came to do the work was courteous and professional. However the person John that initially gave me estimate neglected to tell me there is no guarantee your grout will be cleaned, The reason given my tile was old. That should have been explained at time contract was being drawn up, not after work was being done. The floor looked no cleaner then when I mop it which is daily. I would have rather replaced flooring if that fact was brought to my attention. Be aware if you hire this company.
Quoted $750 for replacing 4 pieces of wobbly floor tiles. I understand that the tiles are over heated floor so caution is needed when cutting them. But I recently had tiles installed in other areas in the home, and this amount is even more than the cost to install entire bathroom floor tiles TWICE... The people appear to be professional and courteous, maybe this is just not what they specialize.
Very pleased with the work done to re-grout the floor in our shower.
They responded quickly to my request for a quote and answered all of my question truthfully. The technician shied up on time, was polite and the shower looks great.
John's staff did an excellent job on our floors. The floors look brand new!!! The staff (2) members were hard working, thorough and professional. We highly recommend this company. Anna & Len
