He did a great job even with the difficulty of removing the installed unit. He explained his process and kept us in the loop of any issues.

Showed up on the dime and was very courteous and professional. Quality of his work was outstanding and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this pro and would definitely hire him again.
One of the things I hired this guy for was to fix a dripping tub faucet he did a ā I hope itās fixed jobā told me his work is under warranty which is a complete lie he wanted to change me additional money to come back and use the correct parts I told him part of his work was his decision making since he didnāt want to do some sort of refund or come back and fix it for free after I already paid him Iām leaving a bad review. This guy is a scammer in my opinion you will reap what you sew
Quote was about 400% over what I was quoted by the next guy. Iām sure their work is fine, they need to check some prices.
He did fantastic. Responsive, on time, he went above and beyond what I expected, making sure things were fixed and future proofing where he was able. I would definitely recommend him.
Glenn represents The Krafftsmann well. He arrived early, was very professional and skilled in his Krafft. He also explained to my 71 year old ears the job at hand. I had recently purchased the condo however the vent and dryer cover apparently had never been serviced. Glenn used a wonderful machine that cleaned thoroughly and with all that, it didnāt hurt my purse. If youāre looking for quality work at an affordable price, call The Krafftsmann, llc at 636-297-0614. TY, Glenn.
Glen was professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job repairing our deck. He came by timely, determine how to solve our the problem and provided a quote. We couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, attention to detail and overall result.

Iām very happy with the results- the quality of work is outstanding! I will definitely hire The Krafftsman again and would highly recommend to others.
Glenn did an excellent job at removing the seats from my RV and taking to the back like asked. He was punctual and professional.
Glenn has been a lifesaver at this new house. Any task I throw at him, he does a quality job and is someone I can trust. The amount of time it would have taken me to do those same tasks would have been 4x as much! So glad I was able to find a wonderful, reliable handyman
Glenn Krafft (The Krafftsmann) was an amazing professional to work with on our deck repair project. We had a major problem with rotted support joists and due to water damage and carpenter ants. We obtained several bids from other contractors, and most of their recommendations were to tear down and replace the deck. Glenn was the only contractor that reassured us that our deck was worth saving. His communication was frequent and thorough, keeping us informed through every step of the planning and execution phase. Glenn was able to articulate his plan to us in advance and involved us in the pros and cons of how we addressed the hiccup issues that come up in every major home project. We loved working with Glenn and can't recommend him highly enough. He is a highly skilled carpenter, problem solver, and communicator. My wife and I are brainstorming to see what project we should ask Glenn to tackle next. Looking forward to working with him again soon!
Glenn was highly organized, skilled, and professional throughout the course of our outdoor deck repair project. Iād highly recommend him and will certainly consider Glenn for future projects.
Glenn and I discussed the project beforehand and we were on the same page. He explained there could be some unknowns which I uderstood. Glenn showed up early and informed me all along the way as to the progress and any issues. The work was quality and Glenn was proud of his job. He cleaned up and took away the scraps. I would reccomend.
Was on time, got the job done, and you can tell he truly cares about his work. Will hire again.
No call. No show. I had to call them to ask them where they were and then they declined to take the project. Will not hire in the future.
Excellent first time to use The Krafftsmann. Will definitely be going to him for future handyman projects.
