This job was performed April 2023 for context. I hired the team. They came out, repainted the deck and replaced some rotten boards funny enough the boards shown in the picture are the boards that they replaced. Meanwhile, the rest of the deck is still intact. very disappointed that the boards they installed didn’t even last more than three years. Deterioration started about a year ago. Overall, the initial job everything looked great, but again disappointed in the long-term value and durability of the work and boards this team installed.
After dealing with an inexperienced individual, EJ came to our rescue with great professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to explain the process and was very fair in pricing. We are so happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Local Dad.
EJ is a great guy; he responds quickly with texts; he does a professional job, and I think these before and after pictures say it all!
From the beginning, the local dad was professional, responsive, and communicative. He took care of the job right away and accommodated around the weather as well to stain and seal my fence. The job was completed quickly and my fence looks outstanding. I will be reaching back out for other projects.
E.J. is a wonderful man with a strong work ethic. He did an amazing job preparing our deck by sanding areas and using a soft pressure washing technique with cleaners. He returned today and stained the entire deck and stairs, and it looks so fresh and beautiful now! I highly recommend The Local Dad!
Awesome job on repainting and protecting my stairs! Thank you!
I’m so glad I went with this company! Erik was awesome and completely professional. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get work done on their home.
EJ was great to work with! He was clear about the estimate before we started and kept checking in as the work was being done. The job was to strip old stain, clean and restrain my cedar deck- which he completed in two days. Appreciated how thorough he was through out the process!
Very happy with EJ’s work and communication with us on the project. The work provided was priced fairly, and some quickly. Would hire again.
Great communication between myself, EJ and Vincent. The project turned out really well and they were willing to come out an additional day when there were some needed touch ups that I noticed. Vincent had great attention to detail and as someone like myself who does 99% of work at the house and in the yard myself it’s hard to let someone else do it and it helped that Vincent was as attentive as he was with my concerns and expectations on results-combined with his own desire to produce great worked.
Amazing company to work with. Quick responses, worked around some poorly timed weather. Finished fence stain looks great. Will be using them again
Great experiencing having our new porch railing and stairs stained by The Local Dad! Communication was straightforward and from start to finish the project took about 2.5 hours. We love the color suggested by his team and would definitely recommend!
Not sure what to say here. EJ and Vince are Outstanding. Quality work. Let me know exactly when they'd be at my home, showed up on time, worked their asses off and totally transformed our deck. I can't speak highly enough about this company. See before and after pics. It was red, with a lot of bad boards...and now it's like stepping out in the mountains of Colorado.
Can’t say enough about this team. I closed My eyes and the fence was cleaned, stained, and ready to go! Communication was top notch, price was excellent, and the pride in work was evident. Do yourself a favor and hire them - you will not be sorry.
EJ and Vincent were excellent to work with. They were professional and completed the job as promised. They are awsome to with with.. Will be hiring them for additonal jobs,
Great job, quick response and good price on the work they did for my new home fences. Would use them again in the future and would recommend it. Thank you.
Honest and hardworking— he delivers quality work and communicates well. Explains what he’s doing and answers all questions. I highly recommend
Very efficient work. My fence was completed in about an hour which is awesome! It looks amazing! The young man was also very professional and respectful of the property. Thank you!
