This company led by James Dawson is as good as it gets with customer service and the quality of work that they produce. We are extremely happy with James and his team. My husband and I fell in love with his integrity, his love for his work which he highly takes pride in and also for his love of Christ and his family. We are looking forward to our next project with this company.

He did a same-day, on-site assessment of the wall expansion project, and within a couple of hours, he sent me a proposal and cost estimate. He arrived at the agreed upon time to begin work, and he completed the job ahead of schedule. The quality of his work was nothing less than superb. I could not be more pleased. I am planning to hire him for a second wall expansion project. I highly recommend.
James and his crew were very good. They came in at 6 AM and started getting things ready for the concrete with expansion corners and rebar they did all the work and we’re done by 2 PM. I would definitely use them again and tell friends also.
The Masonry Division did an excellent job building us an L-shaped brick wall to hide our pool equipment. They knew exactly which brick to buy to match our existing yard fencing. I contact this company to have my patio slump stone wall raised from 5 feet to 6 feet. It was a small project, but the owner James Dawson was willing to tackle the job. Mr. Dawson knew exactly what materials I needed to achieve my goal. He identified the color of slump stone and mortar/gout. He measured the wall addition and calculated the cost. He explained what would happen and how he was going to complete the project. Once I signed the contract agreement, Mr. Dawson wasted no time in scheduling me in. The addition went quickly and smoothly and the wall addition was done to Palm Springs local building codes. The company was very professional and things went very smoothly. The mess was also cleaned up and the waste hauled away. My block wall addition looks great and matched closely with the older stones. I’m very satisfied in the workmanship and service his company provided.

My wife and I wanted a 50ft long retaining wall/garden bed in our backyard and chose James for the job. He along with James Jr. built us a beautiful; most importantly straight, wall. Not only were James and James Jr. fast, they were thorough and left the job-site (my backyard) spotless. There was a small miscommunication that resulted in an issue that was swiftly rectified by James. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the hard work these gentlemen provided. This team was amazing! Responded quickly- followed up- listened to request… gave options. The day they came out to do the work requested… they were on time- they worked hard and fast and efficiently! Very nice humans on to of their expertise. Would recommend to anyone needing cinder block- concrete or stucco work! They made our entire fence look brand new on top of doing what was requested! After being quoted estimates of thousands of dollars by landscapers to make concrete slabs on which to park my RV; on a whim, I contacted James and I knew right away during that conversation (even before he quoted me a wonderful price for my project) that he was an honest, hard-working, professional. He quoted me nearly three thousand dollars less than the unlicensed and uninsured landscapers I was considering, AND he’s Better Business Bureau certified! When I tell you that he showed up promptly at 7 a.m.; worked 12 hours straight the first day, then returned promptly at 7 am the next day and finished the job before 5. Moreover, James seamlessly figured out a way to circumvent an obstacle in his path without missing a beat, or sacrificing quality! All five boxes would be checked regarding what I looked most about working with The Masonry Division, but this site won’t allow it. YOU DON’T NEED TO GET ANYMORE ESTIMATES IF YOU’VE FOUND JAMES!
