I was asked by my high school reunion committee to provide recorded music for our event. I was in a panic because neither I nor the hotel venue had an acceptable PA system, nor did I know the technical side even if I had! I went to the web cold looking for possible providers. Morgan from MKS Master immediately responded, telling me what he could provide (with photos and tech specs) details of his service, and reasonable pricing. I was impressed with his quick response and easy-to-understand answers to my questions. He was confident he could handle the need and I was sold. The night of the event Morgan showed up early (before me!) for set-up (BTW he delivers the equipment, does all set-up, stays until everything is satisfactory, and returns at end of night for teardown and removal). He showed me some technical connections with my iPad that I didn't know was possible, which ensured our music presentation would play without a hitch. He also patiently showed me how to control the console, which was easy and straightforward. Our event was a huge success (and so was I) due in no small part to Morgan's expertise and exceptional customer service. He's also one cool dude who is very friendly and very personable. I'd like to think that I have established a great professional connection in Morgan as well as a friend that it will be a pleasure to call upon again for any future technical needs. What I liked most about Morgan was his manners. Having good manners goes a long way for me. He respected my foot covers rules (no shoes in my place lol), came in, and started setting up his equipment. I've been experiencing a lot of noise in my building and I needed him to capture what was going on. Unfortunately, there was no noise that night, but Morgan was willing to stay for however long he could get what was needed, and I appreciate that. I know that he has the skills and equipment to do good work, especially in stressful situations like mine.
I had a privilege working with Morgan. My overall experience was definitely five star and white glove service. Morgan was extremely professional and even went over all the questions with me before we even met. During our session, he considered all the conditions and consulted with me to see what’s the best option for what I was looking for. He was also very patient, I had different requests and he made sure it’s all done for me. And after he took the time to go through each photo with me until he made sure I was satisfied. He has a passion for this, he told me he started since he was a kid, and he also used his unique skill sets to capture all the great moments while he was visiting China. I really enjoy working with people who love what they do, and I can definitely see that from him. Morgan even went extra mile for me, I was injured and couldn’t drive myself, so he came to pick me up and that meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need, and you will have such a great experience just like me
