Immersive sound healing and sound bath meditation experiences for corporate wellness, special events, retreats, and private sessions based in Asheville, NC. In-person sessions are offered locally, with virtual sessions available for those outside Asheville and remote/hybrid workplaces worldwide. Sessions are available for private celebrations, including birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, workplace events, conferences, corporate wellness programs, community offerings, end-of-life or pre-birth support, and collaborations with wellness practitioners and retreat leaders. All sessions are trauma-informed and customized to fit specific needs, supporting deep relaxation, stress relief, nervous system regulation, improved mood, and overall quality of life.
