The PC Tech was founded in the early 2000s. Located in Cleburne, we are a small, family-owned business (3 employees) and provide high quality service to residents and businesses in the DFW area. We've been in business for 20 years and relocated to the DFW area 10 years ago. Now, we're looking to grow our customer base, cutting no corners, and always delivering. We re-joined Thumbtack for that reason.

The company responded quickly to my need and kept me in the loop the entire time we were ironing out details and got the issue fixed in a few days. Texted me to ask if they could come early instead of just arriving and was very polite while inside. Whenever I looked interested in the proceeding he explained what he was doing and why. Overall a 10/10 experience and if I have any other computer trouble I will be coming back to this company.
