Very responsive. Told me the cost before fixing my tub. Seemed overpriced at over $850 for 4 hours work. Did a good job of fixing the broken bathtub drain. Be sure to ask costs up front. Did not provide any detail of the parts versus labor versus travel.
Showed up the same day and stopped a leak from a water pipe in the basement. It was a leak that wasn't going away or get better. The Dr. stopped it in it's tracks.
My technician Brandon was phenomenal. He came out when he said he was going to and called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the repair in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. I had another company come out two days prior and give me an estimate of $1400 for the same repair, which was totally ridiculous. Thank you Brandon for being an honest technician.

UPDATE: After initial review contractor contacted me saying I was wrong for leaving a 1 star review. As work had not been done. Contractor showed me twice. Which is the reason for the review. He then states in the voicemail to never contact his company again and that he knows plenty of plumbers in the area and will ensure my project is not done. Very unprofessional. Contacted on a Saturday and scheduled a time. Contractor called an hour before to say he was stuck on a job. Life happens and we rescheduled for Thursday between 8-10. Contractor calls at 730 staying he is not licensed in GA even though he thought he was. Almost a week wasted waiting for this individual just to cancel the morning of.
