I couldn’t say any more great things about The Plumb Hero. We had a few small jobs and two big jobs and I thought it would take weeks and they brought out teams and knocked it all out in two days. They were punctual and professional and always kept us updated on the progress. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! I wish them all the best and know they’ll be successful for a long time to come with their level of skill and professionalism.

Josh came to our house for an emergency leak that was happening. He was very attentive and provided us a lot of clarity to explain the situation and what was happening. He came within less than 24 hours of reaching him and provided the service at a very reasonable fee. He gave us some additional tips on what next steps we need to take as well. Josh is a great plumber and you should reach out whenever you need a fix!

Stay away! Josh incorrectly installed our kitchen drain and attempted to correct the issue on two different ocassions after the drain disconnected. The pool of water ruined the cabinet floor, and he refuses to pay for the damages. While others may have positive reviews, just be aware that if he makes a mistake on a job, he will not honor his “warranty” and you will have to cover the cost of the damage caused by his negligence.
Very quick to respond came out the same day and fixed our leaking tub.

I asked for a quote and explained that I’ve already had someone come out and look at the issue and that I was just shopping around for pricing. I let them know I didn’t want to pay someone to come out to look at it again and if they weren’t able to provide a quote I will decline. Instead of saying they won’t provide a quote without looking their response was extremely rude and they insulted me saying I can’t afford them.
This has to be the worst experience. Not only did I get stand up on the remaining job that I paid $605 for… I was also tossed around for weeks about how Josh was sick and couldn’t come to put a camera down the line after they claimed to unclog the lines and how he would come soon as possible. Friday turned into Monday turned Tuesday, Tuesday turned into the company basically stopped responding. I will be filling a dispute ASAP!
