I am so happy that I chose the Polished Fork because the Chef was amazing. The table was set to perfection and had the nicest finishing touch. I decided to go with the Italian menu being that I was hosting for nine people and felt that it was something everyone would enjoy. We were not expecting what was served. This food was as comparable to food that I’ve eaten in Italy. The presentation was superb and the food just melted in your mouth. There was not one person that was disappointed from appetizers to dessert. I wished I lived in LA so that I could hire him again.

Christoff and his helper arrived timely. He came in and we went through everything. I explained that we were going to play a trick on a dinner guest. He participated and made it fun. The food was amazing, the guests loved it and they left the kitchen spotless. We cannot wait to do this again.

Chef Christoff and his lovely wife provided an exceptional dining experience. His clear communication and meticulous attention to the menu truly stood out. His commitment, driving all the way to Joshua Tree while keeping me informed, was impressive. But the real highlight? His chimichurri sauce, duck fat potatoes, steak, and salmon were simply unforgettable. I can’t recommend him enough, and he’s already saved in my contacts for my next dinner party!

He was super knowledgeable in the culinary field and had a passion for his work. Additionally, this was a surprise dinner for our guests and we told Christoff as he was walking in the door about the surprise and he was quick to match our energy and enhance the surprise reveal. Chef Christoff made my mom’s 70th birthday dinner party truly one to remember. The food was spectacular and each course left us satisfied and excited for more. Chef Christoff was fantastic! Even with a less than stocked Airbnb kitchen and an electric stove, nothing stopped him from making the most incredible dinner for our girls weekend. He was super communicative and overly accommodating with our dietary restrictions (one girl allergic to mushrooms, one vegetarian, and one pregnant!). Fantastic portion size and delicious menu items to choose from. He and his wife were a joy to have cook for us and we can’t wait to do it again soon!
