Terrible service. Hired this team for a good 6 months to service 2 of my pools, and I had to fire them because my pools were left in worst conditions. I even requested for a different cleaner hoping for a different outcome but they refused to provide me one. My pools went from clear water to green in 6 months. When I didn’t have service, I never allowed algae in my pools.. but with on their service, I can say I have experienced what an algae pool looks like ..Also, when observed on camera to see what he was actually doing, he wasn’t scrubbing the walls and when he shows up, he’s in and out in 5 mins or less. Unfortunately, he did this to a client who was already well knowledgeable about pool maintenance, so I could spot the BS. Their poor service cost me even more because I had to drain and fill up two pools. When I approached him to hold him accountable, his response to me was good luck finding a new pool cleaner.. smh. Guys save your money and find a better team please.

Danielle and Lorenzo are an awesome team. We’ve been using this pool service for 3 months now. Lorenzo is punctual, professional, and is very knowledgeable of the chemicals used in our pool. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this team for all your pool needs.
