He thought we didn’t pay so he showed up to my home and approached our teenage daughter for money. Insisted if she could afford an uber she could pay him. I’m mortified I let him in my home to do the work. Don’t trust, don’t hire. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. Absolutely insanity and aggression. Even after she told him to not go to door he did anyway and children were inside.

John came to provide quote prior to hiring and extremely cordial, professional and a pleasure to work with! Literally !
Tom came here and was very professional! I was pleased with the great service. they were upfront with everything and offer great rates. I will definitely have them come out next time I need a cleaning! Thank you Tom
Scheduling an appoint for a quote was easy. A possible came out on time. All question that I had were answered. I look forward to future services.
BBB reviews, Zelle for payment, odd urgency messages round scheduling ASAP, 50% down. Guy here said they didn’t work on expansion tanks but that was why I messaged them for service
Although I decided to go with a different pro, actor was very prompt, responsive, professional, and thorough to all of my inquiries, including when I cancel my appointment for him to come out and take a look.
They were very responsive, able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.
The group at The Pro Bros were great. We were able to schedule an on-site assessment quickly and at a time that worked with our schedule. They provided a detailed report of what services needed to be provided and executed with a quality product at a reasonable price. We are able to use our fireplace now just in time for winter. Would recommend using their services and expertise.
They repaired my chimney same day Really good work not very expensive
I highly recommend the Pro Bros to everyone who’s interested in their services. Good people
