I reached out to Pro Bros and they responded quickly to my inquiry. They set up a time to come out for a day following. Unfortunately, there was an emergency with the technician who was scheduled to come out. They reached out to me hours ahead as soon as they were aware and rescheduled for the following day. The next day, they came out and gave an estimate for me to consider. Since it is a considerable project, I am still weighing my options. My review is for their responsiveness and communication and I left 4 stars simply because I have not gotten work done yet.

The guys from the pro bros were absolutely amazing!! They were all very friendly and professional, the main guy was Shaun and he made sure the entire job went smoothly. Whoever did the work on my roof putting in the new chimney deserves a raise for all the extra work he did. The old pipe was put in very badly and some of the joists were messed with, but this guy reinforced everything and made sure our pipe (not to mention our actual house) wouldn’t move an inch, no matter the weather. We love our new wood stove, thank you guys so much
