This is first time using Thumbtack, The Pro was very professional and punctual in response
Very fast response, next day scheduling, and professional work. Definitely recommended!
Quick response.
Very quick response time on the app!
Had to reschedule my air duct cleaning twice due to moving, and this company has been incredibly understanding and responsive each time. Really appreciate the great customer service and flexibility — looking forward to working with them!
Thank you for the promptness. He was very through. I think it was interesting concept to pay with zelle or a 3 percent fee for debit.
Very prompt, incredibly responsive. No high pressure tactics. Overall, a very fine experience. They cleaned out our 36 foot dryer vent line. I would definitely use them again.
Look at that difference!! Well worth the service 👏🎉
My only complaint, communications were through texting. Service was good, efficient and professional.
