Had appointment scheduled but family got it done for us but loved how fast I received a response and communication was fast and friendly. If it wasn’t for family doing it I would have definitely used them.
The Pro Bros were okay to work with. They were responsive and came back to inspect our concerns. While the final result wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, they did make the effort to address the issue. Overall, the experience was good.
The fireplace technician was extremely friendly and worked efficiently. He repaired the issues quickly, communicated clearly , and all for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this technician for your gas fireplace needs!
The tech was right on time and was very professional. We haven’t reached a final solution however they were very thorough and offered options to solve the issue with my fireplace
