Update: The company reached out, took my concerns seriously, and issued a meaningful refund to resolve this. Credit to them for making it right. Thank you. They sent out someone named Sean for the estimate. He said they could install the vent in a new location, not the previous location. Different guys came out to do the installation. For unknown reasons, they made a new hole in my ceiling, but ended up using the existing vent opening. I was told they’d have to come back another day to fill the hole that they never needed to make and paint it. It has been several weeks of their company, calling me multiple times a week to schedule and ultimately reschedule due to any number of excuses. They even went as far as to schedule me for appointments that I never agreed to, but also canceled those. They finally came today and the final product is a joke.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the professional service that the name of this company suggests. They arrived late. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am -12 pm they did not arrive until 3 pm. The technicians who came did not speak English well, so I could not verify if they knew what they needed to do. They provided rushed service and did not bring all the supplies they needed to complete the job. I had to provide them with a ladder, and they didn't bring the UV light that they were supposed to install. After they were done the smell from the vent was gone/maasked, and it came right back after a few days. I called for them to come back to address the issue of the smell coming back, and they kept rescheduling with me for a month. I asked for my money back after the 5th rescheduling, and they said no. Now I'm out $800, and I still have the same issue I paid them to fix.

They know about vents! My vent looked as old as my building and may have not ever been cleaned. They masterfully replaced the cover and cleaned all the grease buildup and dirt. I feel more at ease with the air coming through being clean. Thank you.
