The team responded to my need to have my dryer vent cleaned very quickly after the search. In addition, they were able to schedule service the same day and arrived promptly. The owner reached out that evening to make sure the techs did a good job and I was happy; highly recommended.
Inspection done by this company went OK I thought until time for actual work. pls send out staff that understand what is required
Their communication and availability were great, but everything else was very unofficial. I was told there was no service fee, and the estimate was free. When the inspection was done, he just looked at the fireplace and said, "dirty." We are new to the home, so I wanted a legitimate inspection done, but that was not the case. I kid you not, he just opened the door and said it was dirty- no flashlight to check the chimney- no camera- nothing. Obviously, I decided not to use the company for a chimney sweep because I didn't trust them. When the "inspection" was finished, the technician told me it would be $55. I showed him the communication saying it was free, but he refused to leave, which was unsettling. My husband gave him $20 to cover his gas expense and told him to leave. Thankfully, he left.
I chose to postpone getting any work done. However, I received timely detailed responses to my inquiry and made me take notice to use their services in the future.
Heard from them promptly and was willing to make an appointment to estimate the same day.
Great experience with gas fireplace repair and vent cleaning. We were well overdue for laundry dryer vent cleaning, and Jeffrey was knowledgeable and efficient, even when having to work in our small laundry closet. He cleaned the vent to perfection and installed a new piece all in the same work window. He arrived on time and communicated before, during, and after.
As my Electric fireplace stopped producing heat I was looking for a solution. After finding the manual, I had turned it on and off. I called this company with the hope of arriving at a remedy. They were prompt- same day- and on time. However, I think I can find a cheaper heater than $800.
The Pro Bros responded promptly and were very receptive to adjusting the appointment to accommodate our schedule! :-)
