Did not attempt to repair our gas logs. Tried to sell new logs for a couple of thousand dollars. This was a waster of their time and ours.

The Pro Bros were quick to respond to my request for information on air duct cleaning for my house.
They did not fully identify all the problems during the initial inspection. I asked the to come out a second time and they identified additional issues that they said they do not handle. Had this information been provided on the initial inspection I would have chosen another company. After having the company come out TWICE, the work is still not completed satisfactorily. The chimney is still leaking and whatever cheap sealant they used is chipping off after a few weeks. I know have to pay another company to complete all the work on the chimney and the inspection I got speaks an entirely different picture.
Pro Bros was asked to clean the air vents and dryer vents. A tech shows up and sells me UV tech to prevent future mold and charged me 5 times the cost of the UV lamp in the market. Dryer vent was cleaned but the dryer itself was not cleaned and had to hire another tech to clean the dryer itself. Overall I would not recommend as this company is taking advantage of the customer’s ignorance.
Although I was not able to proceed with the service due to budget, I had a really great experience with Pro Bros. The tech was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I originally contacted them for a quote to add a remote to my fireplace, but after inspecting it, he recommended replacing the fireplace instead. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that he saved me from spending money on an expensive installation that would not have been worthwhile. I am unfortunately on a tight budget right now, but I will definitely follow up once I am able to move forward. If you're looking for assistance with your fireplace, I recommend consulting with this company!
Dryer duct was completely disintegrated. The technician replaced the line through the attic and reattached the dryer to ensure correct operation. Thrilled with the service and quality.

The Pro Bro was the best service ever. They repaired and cleaned my Electrical Fireplace and it's like brand new. Lee the Technician did a superb job, I can't say enough about him. The best guy I ever met, and he totally cared about how stressed I was. I am so relieved now that the fireplace is up and running.
