Initial request was answered within an hour. Appointment was set up early the following week. Reaffirmed price. Arrive on time. Repaired the problem in a short amount of time. Explained what was done. Provided great advice for keeping treadmill running smoothly.
Steve was very helpful and was able to track down repair parts for an older spin bike and now it rides like new. Many thanks.

Was great. Explained everything in detail. Will hire again for sure.
He was awesome. Knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed problem accurately and was totally professional!!
We were very impressed with the service we received! I was contacted and scheduled quickly after putting in my initial request for treadmill assembly. It took them about an hour in total to assemble, which clearly would have taken much longer if I decided to diy this project. We were given a demonstration of how to use the treadmill and any questions we had were answered. This service was well worth the money and we will definitely consider using The Right Gear again!
Steve did an exceptional job installing my cable trainer system from Bells of Steel! He took the time to install it properly and made sure I was happy with the position and understood how all the equipment works! He was right on time and up front about total cost, which was very fair. Highly recommend working with him for your gym install needs!
Excellent company. Very responsive, committed well, organized.
Steve is amazing to work with. He assembled our new exercise bike with a manual that was not in even in English. He’s super knowledgeable and really knows what he’s doing. Our treadmill was having issues as well and Steve is helping us get the right part for our equipment. Don’t hesitate to call him, you won’t be disappointed.
Steve took as long aa needed to do the job right, and demonstrated to us how to use the adult electric trike.
Steve was exceptional and did a wonderful job assembling my bike and guiding me through how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable and understood He also offered to take some of the boxes out to be recycled and told me to contact him if I had questions.
Responsive, professional, got the job done quickly and did it well. Disassembled our force g12 gym and was very systematic and organized
As professional as it gets! We've used their services twice now, absolutely no regret. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
