He was very professional, very prompt in answering my questions , and very punctual. He sent me his availability, and he kept me up to date on his arrival. He did a wonderful job. He put up 2 security cameras for me, changed the locks on my storm door, and my entry door. He also left every area spotless. I will definitely reach out to him for any job I need done. Let me start off by listing the positives of my experience with using Smart Technician. - For starters they were often punctual being on site at the time we agreed -They took their shoes off and did not track dust or mud within the home - For the most part they did the job requested (bathroom wall remodel) for an affordable price. Now for the negatives: - Did not finished the caulking the bathroom walls (Pictures attached) and where they did caulk they used a ridiculous amount and I had to go back a scrape it off and redo it myself - I wanted one bathroom done at a time so I at any given time I could have a functional shower. They told me it would take 3 days if they could do both at them same time. I allowed it. The project took over a week. For that week I did not have a functional shower. -Did not properly seat one of the shower doors causing it to leak then when told about the issue tried to hide the mistake with caulk instead of fixing it properly (pictures attached). Moving forward I would have a hard time recommending this business towards others. If I could do it again I would've spent the few more thousand dollars and had it done properly the first time. Leaking water is nothing to play with in a home.
He was very good at communicating his arrival time and with a two hour window that was very much appreciated. He let me know exactly what he was doing and what the cost would be. Will definitely use him again.

The Ethernet extension from the basement to both the first and second floors was completed with great professionalism and attention to detail. They started today 2-2-26 and were very nice and professional. They are still in the process of building the platform and stairs but they got the frame work in and ready to add the floor and stairs and railing and they do nice work. I would definitely use him again. He successfully replaced an Ethernet cable run from my family room to my office, which went through the basement and spanned about 80 feet. I needed to replace a failed Cat 5 cable and requested that he to install a Cat 8 cable instead. I was "future-proofing" my cable run. It took him three trips to get it working, and I was very impressed with his perseverance. This was his first residential Cat 8 cable run, and he had to work out a few bugs, but he stuck with it and succeeded in the end. Despite needing additional cable and different terminations, the price I was charged never changed. He is honest and committed to completing a job successfully. Bottom line, I would use him again and recommend him as well.
