My overall experience with this company was sub par. We arranged a time to meet to disassemble a treadmill and deliver it to my address. They called an hour or so before the pre-arranged time to say they were on their way and would that be alright to be 30 minutes early. I had to make several phone calls to accommodate that change and then they ended arriving at the pre-arranged time. This is only one of many examples of how they did not follow the pre-arranged agreement we had discussed. Their ad states that they accept payment in several forms including Zelle which I agreed to do using the information provided by them. Late the same day I receive a call saying they did not receive payment and I needed to pay them in cash. Turns out they were/are not enrolled in Zelle. They asked for cash payment several times. Finally four days after the service was completed I hope this is finally settled. I would not recommend using this company.
They knew what they were doing. They loaded moved and delivered an extremely heavy massage chair up 3 flights of stairs. They were careful not to hurt themselves or damage anything.
