Michelle was an absolute gem! She provided quality service, answered all my questions, walked me through the entire process, and kept me updated with the timeline to get the shutters installed. I feel horrible as this review is 2 years from the installation, but better late than never! I still get compliments on the shutters and the shutter slider for my sliding door. Thanks so much, Michelle and team, for your excellent work and making my home so beautiful!

Michelle is AMAZING!! The photos say it all. My husband and I are very pleased with her work.
We worked with Michelle on ripple-fold draperies for our living/dining room and Master bedroom. From start to finish, a great experience! Michelle knows fabrics, listened well to determine our needs and preferences, and offered alternatives we hadn't considered before; the fabrication is excellent, all measurements are correct and consistent; installation team was meticulous, efficient, and clean, and Michelle was on-site throughout, to ensure quality control to the very end. Not inexpensive but the quality difference compared to other "custom" draperies I've seen is obvious, a great finishing touch for our entire house! Would work with Elements Interiors again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Michelle!
It was great working with Michelle. Everything went well as planned!
I’m extremely pleased with my blinds. The fit perfectly and look great.
Working with Melissa was great! We had solar and blackout shades installed in three rooms and found her selection and expertise to be impressive. She was super responsive, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. The installation was quick and everything looks wonderful!
Melissa was on time, responsive, and was great in offering reasonable opinions about what would look best. Would highly recommend her!
Working with Melissa was a delight! Melissa and her team did a great job in making sure all our needs were taken care of (she gave us the best quote in the market)! The whole process took ~8 weeks but Melissa kept us aware of where things were in the process all the time. She is very professional!
Amazing experience! We moved into a flipped house with no blinds. I was worried about the whole neighborhood seeing into the house, but Melissa was able to come to our house the morning after we closed, measured everything, and I ordered right there! She gave us these fancy paper blinds while we waited. The installation was fast, on time, and professional! Our house looks so much warmer and friendly! We chose the faux wood blinds with ribbon.
I worked with Melissa to get shades for our Adult day Care Program and she is amazing. She communicated very well with me and staff that was in the area. The shades are beautiful. Overall everything turned out amazing! Thank you Melissa!
