While we weren’t able to recover everything, he worked patiently and thoroughly to find what he could. He was extremely professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. Sam was fantastic. He was professional and didn’t make me feel inadequate. He was able to find my files I had lost, identified some malware and got rid of some things I didn’t need. I will definitely call him when I need any computer help in the future. He was able to do all this remotely so it was super convenient.
