About Theodore Contractors

I am a licensed and insured building contractor in the Jacksonville area and have been in construction for 26 years. I like projects that are more custom or complicated — remodeling rooms, moving or adding walls, finish carpentry (especially love working with wood), decks and covered porches, and repairs involving water damage or rotten framing. I also do full additions and build custom homes. I stay involved in the projects myself, and one of the things I enjoy most, and am known for, is figuring out difficult problems and coming up with practical, creative solutions. I especially enjoy when someone has an unusual idea and I can help bring it to life.
