My son has worked with Theon in Chemistry for a short time. However, he is understanding the material and finds Theon's resources and tutoring style helpful to better understand topics. I recommend Theon's services. He is professional, detailed and responsive.

About Theon
With more than 10 years of experience in science tutoring, I’ve supported students with a wide range of abilities and learning needs, and that’s strengthened my passion for helping others truly understand science. My approach is professional, patient, and tailored to each student. I take the time to learn how you work best so we can build skills and confidence step by step. As a solo tutor, you’ll always work directly with me, from the first session through your ongoing progress. Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals and track your growth along the way. If you’re ready to make science feel more manageable and rewarding, I’d be happy to help you move toward your academic goals.
Reviews
Theon is great. My son is struggling in high school biology and tutoring with Theon has really helped him to better understand the different topics in biology. I highly suggest him as a tutor.
Theon has been consistently above and beyond what we’d been looking for. My daughter works well with tutors who don’t rush through the topic and who take the time to ask her Qs and listen to her. Theon is probably the only tutor so far whom she’s given a gold star. He tutors her in AP Bio and I see that she has gained a tremendous boost in confidence in it, is working on AP Bio way more than before and her grade has gone up in the 2-3 weeks we’ve worked with Theon. It is clear that Theon knows his subject matter and is definitely qualified to be a teacher since my daughter feels heard and he is patient with her Qs. We’ll continue using his services for Bio and for other subjects as they come up.
Theon has always been very responsive to all my queries. My son was hesitant towards tutoring but just after one session with Theon , he instantly liked him and agreed for tutoring. I am great-full to Theon for being such a big help & I am hoping now science will become our favorite subject!! I would def recommend Theon if your child is struggling in science subjects.
Mr. Theon has tutored me the last 2 months. Since day one he has boosted my confidence as well as refreshed my memory of General Chemistry knowledge. Mr. Theon is always prepared and challenges me in every session. He is an excellent teacher, and a very patient person. I will continue to work with him throughout the remainder of the year.
