I don't even know where to start—Joe was incredible! He responded extremely fast and came out within two hours on a holiday, which also happened to be the hottest day of the week, to fix my unit. He was thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I will absolutely hire Joe for all of my future HVAC needs. Don’t think twice about booking this company—you won't regret it!

10/10 would recommend. They came within 2 days of me contacting them and repaired our issue within hours. We had another company that came out twice within a year and had not been able to fix our AC. Thermal touch was able to diagnose and fix our issue the same day. My only regret is not using them sooner. Will definitely be using them and referring to anybody with AC/heat issues!
