Great job, we love the quick response! This is the second time we have used Thin Air. Great all around service was spot on both times!
Don answered my as quickly. Came saw the problem. N ordered the part. Saw part came I. Friday. I texted n asked than if part in. Could he complete the job this weekend. He promised to complete whole job. I called him Sunday. Asked about installing motor. N haven't heard from him all day Sunday. Very disappointed
He went out of his way to complete a job we unsuccessfully started.
Donald diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for repair. We are deciding if we want to have the expensive repair made or go ahead and buy a new range.
They came to come clean up the mess left behind by another company. They literally came out next day on a Sunday and were so nice about working around my work schedule. They were extremely responsive and brought a second worker to make sure the job was done correctly and on time. They fixed issues I didn’t even know I had, like a hole left in my dryer vent. They were extremely kind and explained everything to me as they went along. They fixed my washer and dryer in one shot before my shift that afternoon. I am so thankful for them and will call them for any other appliance issues I may have!
Pro showed up on time. After the repair I had to call Pro net day because Dryer still had a problem. He returned and worked on dryer. Several days later dryer started making loud thumping noise. We have tried to contact Pro but now message says Phone number not in service. I paid $420.33 with my American Express and called to dispute charge. I have called several times with no response. We have had bad weather for several days and I can only hope this is the reason for no response. Otherwise on a scale 0f 10 I can only give a -1
