They’re more focused on selling their product/service than the actual repair.
Service manager quoted me $125 to install a new microwave and the technician got to my house and said he wouldn’t do it for less than $300… Unprofessional experience and that is a crazy expensive quote to simply hang a microwave.
They have the service call listed as $75 on their website, but when they called me, they said it would be $125. In my opinion, that’s too expensive
Marco arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the washer needs a new control panel which would cost over$800. to repair. I will be shopping for a new washer.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Thomas Home Services. From the first contact, to the final transaction, they were terrific to work with. I was treated very well, I had no problem understanding what was involved, and what they could do. They took care of my appliance issue in a timely manner and I'm happy to say the ice maker is back in action!!
They were on time, up front and did exactly what they were asked to do 👍
Beware, it says no service call, however once you book them, then they tell you it’s $89 service call. They may do great work, however I would rather have honesty from the start!

Tried to exaggerate the job and I had to stop the guy from doing damage and making the job bigger. They expect $hundreds$per hour for labor. PASS
The plumber Ty was very nice but I paid $235 for a job that was not completed, then got an estimate of over $1700 to complete it. When he left he said he got as much “grease” out as he could but the slow drain was the same. I called the owner (which I should have done in the first place) he came, used his snake and no more problems. I requested my money back from Thomas home service but still haven’t heard anything. I will not use them again.
Ty showed up on time and was very professional. Very happy with this company. This is the second time we have used them with great results.
Try was really a great plumber who was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus he had a terrific personality. The price was much less than what we expected, and the work was professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and will use Professors for all our plumbing needs.
Ty installed our new kitchen sink and went above and beyond to ensure everything was proper.. can’t wait to have him do some more work for us!!
