The issue with buying a house is that you also buy the bad ideas that went into fixing it with the previous owners. 😵💫😵💫 Thomas sent a pro out and he did the job right, gave me a warranty, and told me to call him anytime. It was pretty amazing.
I can appreciate the consistent amount/ cost for services. The service app the business uses to advertise wasnot the same cost invoiced.
The service tech, Danny, was polite and thorough, explained all findings, answered our questions completely. The report arrived when he said it would, which was also thorough, detailed and clear on what the issues were and recommendations for resolution. He included photos of everything. We were very pleased with Danny’s work and Thomas Inspections from the start, and would use them again! Well done!
Outstanding service! Professional, thorough, helpful and kind. We were walked through everything found and had all of our questions answered.
Professional, friendly, responsible, excellent communication, and a great price for an excellent inspection. If you want to buy a house and be sure of what you're actually buying, don't hesitate and hire him.
Great job coming out on time and keeping it real with us!
Excellent customer service and was willing to explain what he was doing and why. Will use for my next home purchase.
I contacted Demetrice Thomas Home Inspector to inspect my new build prior to my one-year inspection by the builder. He responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes, arrive on time for the inspection, provided me with feedback throughout the process and my report arrived the same day. I would definitely recommend Demetrice Thomas Home Inspector and would use him for future inspections if needed.
Very courteous and polite. Completed the work and results were available in a timely manner. Quick to reply back to you in a professional manner with answers and advice needed. Thank you for a job well done!
