Chef Thomas catered my 60th Hawaiian Birthday Party, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! 🌺🎉 The menu was incredible, featuring appetizers and Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Seafood stations. Every single dish was delicious—💯 across the board! We couldn’t get enough of the Mac & Cheese and Salmon. The Flank Steak and Lamb were absolutely amazing, and by the end of the night, we were all completely stuffed! 😋 And the desserts… OUTSTANDING! WOW! 🍰👏🏽 Chef Thomas, thank you for making my 60th birthday celebration so special with such an amazing spread. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed by all. 💯❤️

Food was scrumptious, staff courteous/punctual and professional, Ezekiel was ALWAYS available, constantly checking in, made a creative menu and received numerous compliments from my guests! The sweet potato pie, cheese grits, ricotta pancakes, salad, fish, and bourbon bread pudding was top notch. Chef Jeff was also wonderful to help for Friday’s fish fry. The meatballs was dry and under cook. The meatballs still had red in the middle. Tastes more like a dry meatloaf. The fried chicken look like it was cooked in old grease. Not well seasoned. The chicken Alfredo came separately. The chicken was breaded, not enough sauce for Alfredo. The charcuterie board could have been better decorated with more selection. Overall it didn’t not meant my expectations and nothing really stood out or wowed any of my guest. The food was delivered on time & the ladies were very pleasant.
Chef Thomas and his team did a great job at our Lobsterfest. From the beginning, he communicated clearly and had good follow up. The day of the event, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken care of. They showed great professionalism.

Chef Thomas was punctual with time. The brunch was delicious! Not only did he cook and serve us, he cleaned our dishes afterwards, mopped the kitchen floor, cleaned the stove. Excellent service. He had an extensive menu to choose from and the appetizers, dinner and dessert we chose were all delicious! We had a great time with him and his sous chef and it made for such a memorable NYE!
