Tristan showed up on time with all the supplies we had chatted about. He is so friendly and extremely helpful. In addition to the original task list, Tristan helped with a couple other items he noticed I was having issues with. I would most definitely hire Tristan again and refer him to anyone asking for a handyman.

I can't say enough about this guy!! He is awesome. He responded right away and answered my many questions. He came to haul a ton of trash and ended up cleaning and organizing my garage!!! He is personable and has a great work ethic. I will hire him again and again!!!
It was a pleasure working with Thornberry Home Services. He finished everything on my list of things I can no longer do quickly and perfectly. I am very happy to have found my Handyman and will be hiring him again.
Avoid this company at all costs. I am a senior woman, looking for a handyman. This company came pre-selected for me. I picked another professional and politely texted to let the other vendors know. Tristan immediately began texting me demanding to talk to me or reimburse him for the "lead," contending that just by viewing his profile I was bound to reimburse him $22. It was ridiculous and I tried to be polite, but after 8 messages I asked him to stop contacting me. He kept texting for an hour after that. I've reported him to Thumbtack. They encouraged me to leave this review and to call the police if he tries to contact me again.
Tristan is young and it really showed in the quality of work and the poor quote given to us. The photos show the current state of the mailbox he was hired to build. There is so much waste mortar around the base it has completely destroyed the grass and since he scheduled the fix date as 2/27/21 after a dispute was opened, the mortar will be covering the ground for multiple weeks. The build was uneven and the top was supposed to be a brick arch but the builder decided to poor a cement top without asking us. He also took 2 buckets and a flashlight that wasn’t his from the premises.
