Horrible bedside manner. Denied service because they couldn’t handle being told that communication was bothersome. Concept of customer satisfaction needs adjusting.
They canceled on me last minute when I had movers scheduled to come after my outlet was installed. Very disappointed everything was scheduled on my only day off.
I’m really impressed with how this company communicate from scheduling to getting the job done. Sasha came here and took my stress off with few minutes took care of the whole problem with no questions and exceeded the work to take care of all the problem then what I originally called them for. 100% recommend.

Had an appointment with this company for wiring inspection. When I booked the appointment few days ago I was told that someone will be there between 11am and 2pm on a Sunday the 31st. Which worked perfectly for me. The day of they are contacting me and telling me that time frame is taken and they have customers who have emergencies and that they can only do this for me between 2pm and 5pm. Had other 2 electricians reaching out to me also wanting my business but I was really counting on this appointment because it’s time sensitive( I guess in their head it’s not an emergency). Very bad experience.
I am surprised how three guys so many perfect reviews. In first appointment Mr Connor looked at job-new duct line to be installed- and gave a price. He gave a price. we confirmed the job and price on phone and he came for second visit
