Richard did a great job replacing two toilets. He was able to come in the same day I called him. I would hire him again.

Good communication. Fair price. Did what was asked & cleaned up after the project. Flexible to get the project down asap. Would use again.

Need to communicate more clearly about exactly what is going to be done, so there's no miscommunication! When a contractor asks the client if they are going to PAINT, just so that You know that means to the client that the contractor is actually going to replace a board because its new! Food for thought.

Richard as great and will definitely use him again on more projects

Rick L.Apr 2022

Richard communicated his arrival time after picking up part, arrived on time and went right to work replacing a bathroom sink and a toilet, then installing a light/fan and mounting a tv to a wall and the quality of work was excellent and at a reasonable price. I would hire him again

Richard patched and painted two fireplace walls and installed floating mantels over the fireplaces for us. He did exactly what we wanted and made recommendations to achieve a better outcome! It looks so much better now. Richard responded quite promptly and it didn’t take long to schedule the work. I would definitely contact him again if we have other work in the future. Thank you!
