Thrive Pest Control was so great to work with when we had a squirrel get into our attic. They responded quickly, set the trap and caught the squirrel humanely, and safely released it in a city-designated release forest area. They then installed the proper aluminum trim to seal the entry gap. Their price was reasonable and competitive and I would highly recommend Thrive Pest Control.
The rep that came out wasn't very friendly. He seemed disinterested and like he really didn't want to answer questions. I was told someone would come out again after two weeks from the person on the phone. I had to ask the rep about it after said he would be back in 3 months. I have heard nothing and it has been 3 weeks. I called for a rodent problem and I caught the rodent using a $1.50 trap from Walmart myself.
Carson arrived on time and explained the procedure to help us with our mole problem. Hopefully this will help our yard and garden.

My original exterminator never showed up at the correct time. Before I had time to schedule another appt, he texted saying he was on his to my house 2 days later. Finally coordinated a time and the quality of work seemed good. I never received an invoice via text, email or mail until 4 months later and was charged $40 in late fees. Two stars because the quality of work seemed ok - but I’ve never missed a payment/ had a late fee in my life until today. Poor communication as a company on the front and back end of our transaction.
