I hired him to patch up 2 dings in each of the door jams leading into the bedroom and bathroom and another in wall. I'd also asked him to assemble a bathroom commode and shower bench, bed railing, and bidet. He quoted $220 which thought a little high, but having just been released from the hospital and needing it done, I agreed. Turns out his quote was just for the 5 patches and bidet. When I asked him about the rest he said that's not what I asked for. Still not sure because I sent the same description to 2 other takers. He did the rest for$100 more. So $320 for less than 90 minutes work. He wasn't able to install the bidet. That's on me it was the wrong size. But he told me the plaster would dry white; it dried yellow. He didn't sand or smooth it down and left plaster and wood chips on the floor without cleaning up. I gave him 2 stars for the assembly he did complete.
