I’m Tiffany, owner and Executive Chef of Thyme & Knead in Denver. I create chef-curated culinary experiences tailored to your vision, including private dinner parties and brunches, vacation chef services, grazing tables, and private cooking lessons. Every menu is custom-designed using seasonal, premium ingredients and includes full service from planning through kitchen clean-up. Private dinner parties and brunches are offered as three-, four-, or five-course experiences. For groups of three or more guests, pricing begins at $150 per person for three courses. My minimum event fee is $500 (Candlelight Dinner for Two). Grazing tables and hors d’oeuvres are custom-designed based on guest count and scope. An 18% service fee applies to all events. Travel beyond 20 miles include a travel fee. Experiences are fully tailored to your vision, setting, and occasion.

We hired Chef Tiff to create a special dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday, and she made the entire evening feel truly memorable. From our very first conversation, she was attentive, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. She kept us informed throughout the planning process and was genuinely interested in making the experience perfect for our group. One of our guests has a very limited palate, and Chef Tiff was wonderfully accommodating. She thoughtfully adjusted the menu so everyone could enjoy the meal without compromising the experience for the rest of us. And the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every course was beautifully prepared and presented, with wonderful ingredients and flavors that felt both refined and comforting. Nothing was overdone; each dish allowed the quality of the ingredients to shine. It was the kind of meal that had everyone talking about it long after dinner was over. Beyond her talent in the kitchen, Chef Tiff brought such a warm and welcoming energy to the evening. She was personable, professional, and made having a private chef in our home feel effortless. If you’re looking for someone to make a special occasion feel extraordinary, I cannot recommend Chef Tiff highly enough. She gave us an incredible meal and an experience we’ll remember for a long time. We would absolutely have her back again!
Chef Tiffany was great. She responded right away to questions, and created a very memorable evening (Candlelight Dinner for Two) for my sister and her husband, who were thrilled. I definitely recommend her very highly.
Tiffany was very responsive from the beginning, professional in her menu and business practices. She followed up close to the event and was punctual. Night of the dinner Tiffany was friendly, on time, and the food was delicious. The kitchen was left clean and we were very happy with the experience!
Chef Tiffany is absolutely amazing. She created such a beautiful moment with her dishes, and I enjoyed every second of her company. The food was delicious…I’m still day dreaming about it haha. 10/10 service and professionalism. She incorporated all the elements I wanted into her creation of the menu every step of the way. Thyme & Knead will definitely be on my list for future events.
