Lou is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. He could have up-charged me on a job and I would never have know. Instead he gave me honest information that saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommend for his punctuality, professionalism, and honesty. Thank you.

very unprofessional. i had reached out to get plans drawn up for a wall that needed to replaced. a price was offered and i asked for it to be lowered which he has agree upon. before signing i realized that we needed it before the timeline given and asked about rushing it. his response was (copy and paste) “If you want expedited service you have to pay for that. I have other clients who have paid and are waiting for their plans. Why would I put you ahead of them? “ First - i didn’t ask for it free. i asked if you can. you could have stated yes and then a price Second - you agreed to the discounted price. you could have said no. it’s a business transaction. i didn’t blackmail you Lastly - He increased his price by 150% for the expedited service Needless to say, i went somewhere else with a better price and attitude.
