Christine and Robert were amazing! They helped sort through our mom’s belongings following her death and organize and run the estate sale. They are thorough but also thoughtful about the emotions that come up in this kind of task. I would highly recommend them for any organization project- big or small.

I hired the Tidy Touch Duo to help unpack my MANY boxes and they did a fantastic job! I recently moved back in July and my movers did not unboxed all my items. I found these two on Thumbtack, and I’m so glad I hired them. They are both extremely polite, professional, and good at what they do! I was extremely pleased with my experience with tighty touch Duo from the very beginning they were responsive professional and incredibly helpful they took time to talk me through the process provided an estimate price and worked with me to schedule the service. I highly recommend Kristine and Robert. They are a great team and extremely efficient while also not rushing me as I made my decisions about what to keep and what to donate or toss. I hired them to help me clear out my old storage unit and move to a smaller neighboring one. They arrived 15 minutes early - so nice to have them there already when I arrived. I cannot say enough about how kind, patient and expert they were during the whole process. They handled absolutely everything for me. Everything was done in an organized and timely manner, but I was consulted every step of the way to make sure it was all done the way I wanted it. Requested a quote, answered all their questions, and sent photos and video of the entire apartment. Never got a price. When I asked directly for an hourly rate and an estimate of hours, the reply was that the information is on their profile and that they were "gonna reject working on your project." Another pro I contacted started off the same way, but when I asked her that same question she apologized and gave me her rate on the spot. That's all it took.
Robert and Christina were wonderful. They worked on my office - setting it up for me. They even shredded old papers for me. I am very pleased . In fact they are coming back next Friday to organize our kitchen and den.

Tidy Touch Duo was an absolute lifesaver! They helped unpack and organize a VIP client’s home after a long-distance move where the moving company left everything in disarray. They got right to work without missing a beat, tackling 10+ boxes, organizing 75+ pairs of shoes, and bringing order to complete chaos. They were such a kind, professional couple and made the entire process stress-free. I’ll definitely be hiring them again to help pack for any future moves! Highly recommend!

They were beyond amazing! They took the initiative to suggest the best way to unpack and organize my home. They were punctual, very responsive and had the best attitude the entire time- upbeat, very knowledgeable and lively. It was a joy working with them!
They showed up at my 80 year old mom’s apartment and packed up the whole place which was a hot mess I’m sure. They packed and organized her whole place in a few hours. I asked them to pack everything and that they did including her medications so I had to call and ask where the pills were at and my mom’s helper located the pills. I just wish I told my mom to pack a bag to include her meds and a change of clothes to wear until moving day!
