Great experience with Tier One Garage Door Service! They arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. They converted my single-spring setup to two springs to better handle the weight of my two-car garage door. Huge difference — much smoother and quieter now. No more alerting the whole neighborhood when I open the garage! 😂 Highly recommend!

Troubleshoot and fixing the issue quickly with a reasonable price
This review is not about the quality of their work, but rather their work ethic and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with this vendor was not positive. After numerous calls and hours of waiting, they still had not arrived at the job site by 5 p.m. Throughout the day, I received what felt like a series of excuses explaining why they were so far behind schedule. I ultimately decided to cancel the service call. The entire experience left a very bad impression. Others may have a different experience, but based on mine, I would not use this company again.
Thanks to Tier One Garage for coming out to service my garage door and I am very pleased with the results.
Very positive experience. Nathan is obviously a top expert. I had various problems with the garage door and they were all fixed above my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
They came within a couple of hours and completed my custom job by the next day. I am extremely happy with the results! They are very nice and professional.
The service and workmanship were great. I’m very happy with the outcome. All went very well
Fixed our problem within the day of request of service and great work done
Came pretty short notice, finished it in a couple hours. Great guy, great service!
Excellent service and products. Great value and we are thrilled with the outcome!
Stay Away! This company charged me a ridiculous $1125 for a "repair" at my property at Leander, that was nothing more than putting 8 screws into the wall. I later found out another company only charges $115 for the same task. Not only was it an overcharge, but the work was also incredibly poor. They left my garage a total mess, and because they didn't do the job correctly, the garage door actually popped out of track later Unprofessional, overpriced, and dangerous. Avoid them at all costs! refund my 600$ scammer over charges
