Reviews
Thoroughly satisfied with my Tiger Tech experience. The service was prompt, responsive, professional, and made it look easy and to boot. Thank you, Tiger Tech! Highly recommended.
These folks are the best that I’ve come in contact with on Hampton Roads for TV installation. They were responsive didn’t push for anything I didn’t want. They ensure I was comfortable with their recommendations and was on time. I requested their handiwork and within 24hrs it was completed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good people not trying to overcharge for their work!
Amazing work! They understood the assignment; their communication and professionalism convinced me to hire this company. They completed the work in less time than expected, and I was nothing less than impressed!
Super friendly, super professional, super pleased with their work.
Very Professional, responsive, quality excellent work! It took less than 2 hours after I made a request on thumbtack to have my window blinds professionally installed. Lane was very responsive, went out of his way to drive to home depot to check the pricing before charging me and above all installed them immediately. The blinds were also very well done. Excellent! I am super happy with their services and you should try them! Would recommend them 100%.
Highly Recommended – Tiger Tech! This was the best service we have ever experienced! We scheduled an appointment to upgrade our home theater remote system. After evaluating our existing setup, he determined that we needed to replace our receiver. He presented us with three options, helped us choose the best one for our needs, and made sure we received the best deal. He is an excellent communicator, an expert in home theater systems, and someone you can count on. His professionalism, knowledge, and dependability made the entire experience outstanding. If you want the job done right, choose Tiger Tech! We couldn't be happier with the service.
Techs were excellent and very personable and aimed to please as I realized the TV wasn’t at a downward angle (after they left) so I called them and they came back to correct the issue. Awesome job!!
We loved working with Tiger Tech. We had a huge commercial job and needed some extra bodies and we’d for sure hire them again.
Did a great job per my requirements. Every customer has individual requirements. My requirements were met, leaving me satisfied.
They did an excellent job. Very professional and great quality. I would recommend using them for your projects
Awesome job by Lane and his daughter :) They were a little late but very communicative and it wasn’t a problem at all. Super friendly and the TV looks great.
Did such a great job on my gazebo! Zero complaints! Reasonably priced!
5 stars is not enough and no words are enough to express how amazing this company is. From the first initial call, to the install, to it being finished. Lane and his team were professional, thorough and when I say then went above and beyond they went past that!!! We’ll be using them quite a bit in the future!
They came so quickly and did exactly what we needed of them. Would absolutely recommend!
Lane was absolutely a delight to work with! He was friendly, punctual, professional, and efficient. He had my projector installed and everything in tiptop shape in less than an hour, and then he even went above and beyond what the scope of the project called for. I will definitely be sending everybody I know who needs any A/V or tech work his way.
Tiger tech was amazing! Worked with me when i had a last minute change of schedule & completed the job perfectly! They even came with cord concealers! 10/10 would recommend! They swapped out & mounted two TVs
They hung a 65” TV for me and were a pleasure to work with. Great communication. I would definitely recommend!
One of the most responsive and professional contractors I’ve had the pleasure to worked with. I ultimately had to contact them after a poor job from the first contractor. Their communication and customer service is outstanding. Their support and understanding made all the difference. They consulted with me at every step. Their prices are very reasonable, given their quality and craftsmanship.
I’m so glad I chose this company! 💜 Lane is awesome! His expertise was not only helpful but of quality and reassuring. Unfortunately, the projector screen I purchased wasn’t as advertised and didn’t work out in the location I selected. However, he voluntarily uninstalled and reinstalled it in another room for me! He even offered to mount my 55 inch TV in the kitchen while giving me suggestions about my original home theatre plans. He went above and beyond the assignment to make sure my vision was brought to life! I look forward to him coming back and helping me complete the home theatre! 😊
